Athletic Therapy CAT(C)
AT's treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise Rx, bracing and taping. The goal is to help clients return to activity, whether that means playing sports or walking to the mailbox and back.
Active Release Therapy
ART is a non-invasive treatment engineered to assess and treat soft-tissue injury or over use. ART is a form of manual therapy completed with hands, cups and/or therapy tools. The hands glide against the surrounding muscle fibers, ligaments, fascia, and nerves - enabling healing and improved movement.

Exercise prescription for women and families wanting to work on:

ICBC related injury can be treated at home, at our gym, at a community gym or recreational pool depending on your needs and goals.
